The work

• Prepare lesson plans with the ability to modify instruction during the school year

Requirements

• Active and current state of Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of comfort working in a growth-focused coaching environment based on frequent observations, debriefs, action planning, and progress monitoring
• Ability to properly manage confidential information
• Experience working within an urban environment

Pay and benefits

• Salary range $41,000–$50,500 per year; starting pay within this range depends on geography, skills, education, experience and other qualifications
