About the Role
Amazing Explorers Academy is looking for a lively, creative, and dependable Enrichment Teacher to bring music, movement, nature, and Spanish to our preschool-aged children. You'll help young learners explore, sing, dance, and discover the world around them.
Locations
You'll travel between our three academies
- Silverleaf: 101 Cherry Elm Drive, St. Augustine, FL 32092
- Rivertown: 50 Bee Balm Ln, St. Johns, FL 32259
- Ponte Vedra Beach: 20 Tavernier Dr, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32081
What You'll Do
- Lead playful, age-appropriate sessions in music, movement, nature exploration, and Spanish
- Nurture children's creativity, curiosity, physical development, and language skills
- Foster a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Partner with classroom teachers and academy leadership
- Tailor activities to suit different age groups
- Uphold professional standards and comply with all safety and state requirements
- Travel between assigned academy locations
What You'll Need
- Minimum age of 21
- A CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education, plus the required 45-hour training in Early Childhood Education/Child Development
- Compliance with all State of Florida requirements for the position
- A friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
- A professional, reliable, and dependable work ethic
- A genuine enjoyment of working with young children and leading music and movement activities, such as yoga, dance, and singing
Nice to Have
- Classroom experience in an accredited early childhood facility
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual ability
